主要研究方向及成果:


主要从事生物物理化学和界面物理化学方面的研究工作。以极端环境多孔介质中微生物活动为背景,研究微生物的生物物理化学过程与界面反应机制,包括分子水平微生物群落结构与功能、微生物的传输过程与界面行为、以及生物分子及其聚集体的结构与性质。发展和建立生物物理化学的先进实验方法和理论体系,为微生物及其功能基因的资源化利用和生物活性物质的开发技术提供科学基础。目前的重点拓延领域是微生物脂肽和生物采油技术。近年来,先后负责国家自然科学基金 (59974014, 50374038,  50574040, 50744016,  41073055,  51174092)、国家863计划重点课题 (2009AA063503)、国际合作研究项目 (50310077, 50620139, 045407017, 071607014) 等科研项目。发表论文100余篇,申请发明专利21项。作为第一完成人获得国家科技进步二等奖 (2010) 及省部级科技进步一等奖 (2008)等科研成果奖。

教学方面,主讲本科生《物理化学》课程和研究生《生物物理化学》课程。目前承担国家级双语教学示范课程 “《物理化学》双语教学示范课程” 和教育部 “工科化学系列课程双语教学体系的研究与建设”等教学研究项目。曾获宝钢优秀教师奖、国家教学成果二等奖 (2005)、上海市教学成果一等奖 (2005) 和华东理工大学教学成果一等奖 (2008) 等教学成果奖。
